1) How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

2) I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24hrs hours.

3) How long will shipping take?     

All orders are dispatched within 1day from our facility.

Standard Shipping takes 2-10 days (often within 5days)

Express Shipping takes 1-2 days but orders via this method should be placed before 2pm CST/12am PST.

4) Do you offer Returns and Refunds?

Yes, we have a 30-Day Return Policy. Please check our returns and refund policy to know more.

5) What do I do if I received a faulty product?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. The product should be unused and resellable, including the original packaging with all the tags intact.

6) How soon will I get my Refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval. 

7) I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

8) Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

9) Why hasn’t my tracking # been updated?

Do not fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

10) How do I change or cancel an order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order please contact banaestore@gmail.coml Straight away. We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our supplier’s premises.
