The Bana e-store team orders products from the supplier’s store to test out products first-hand and to evaluate the quality of the product, the packaging they use as well as the shipping time that it takes to receive the product. We do this to ensure customers get only the best and while we make every effort to ensure your Product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect, and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason for return, within 30 days from receiving your order. The product should be unused and resellable including the original packaging with all the tags intact.  

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Returns made will be refunded in the same mode of payment.

Exchanges and Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by supplier’s warehouse to confirm they meet return-eligible criteria above.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please note that, if this is the case, customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our supplier. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
